Banana Bread Matcha starts with Japanese soba (buckwheat) and pieces of banana and apple. We add cinnamon with banana, vanilla, and honey flavors, then toss it all in Japanese matcha. The aroma is toasted banana with a hint of green. In the cup it tastes of sweet banana with soft vegetal undertones, and it steeps a cloudy green.
